Coot is under review for inclusion into fedora. I’ll take a look when I’ll get some time. It ashame I can’t review the package and approve it yet…

I’ve used coot. It was a bit flaky. I emailed the author at York.ac.uk but got nothing back from him, some time ago now. The shelx interface was also non-existent. I think it is more commonly found on the PX end of things.
They were gossip of a complete rewrite to make coot modular as every time something new was added something old broke.
