Updates and Delays
I was hoping to bring you the latest Olex2 1.1 release for all supported OS but unfortunately it has been hampered by Fedora 13 linker issues with OpenGL. I expect to roll out Fedora 11, 12 and Centos 5 tomorrow morning to the testing repo along with a new CCTBX and Olex2-gui 1.1. I will …

Ok, so the planet has stalled slightly because the simplepie feed catcher is running out of puff on the cron process and getting killed. Platon has been updated and all good and there is now a new cctbx in the testing repo. Enjoy

Updates test-repo! CCTBX, Olex2 and Tonto-chem
I’ve uploaded new versions of CCTBX, Olex2 (engine) and Tonto-chem to the test-repo. Please let me know how things work out with them. Olex2 Update Test-repo
At some point next week there will be a new Olex2 rpm uploaded to the test-repo. It will now require the CCTBX rpm as a dependency and will be built from the trunk svn rather than tag svn. It will also utilise the new olex2 updating system for the GUI. Let me know how it …

CCTBX to be released to testing repos soon……
Well my hand was forced by alterations to Olex2 so I’ve finally got around to playing with Pascal’s cctbx.spec. I’ve sorted of merged it with Cameron’s spec file so we now have a cctbx.spec which we can build cctbx for all Fedora breads. The only problem comes in that Centos is being a big baby …
