Fox 1.9.0.2

The new version of Fox is available for update (el5, fc10, fc11 and fc12). The package name is objcryst-fox as fox is already taken.

libnewmat has been replaced by newmat. You need to manually uninstall libnewmat. newmat is still under review for its inclusion into fedora.

objcryst-fox has been updated to the last beta version

a new package is available: flipsmall, it is a small script on top of superflip and EDMA: http://superspace.epfl.ch/superflip/flipsmall.html

EDMA is missing on F11 because of a compilation failure, EDMA is not compatible with gcc 4.4.1 shipped with fedora 11

I have updated superflip edma and fox.

I got some trouble for centos, so, some of them are missing in the centos repository.

Openopt will arrive shortly. http://openopt.org/

Rpm of fox has been updated to 1.8.0.3 version.

Jana 2000 – Fox

Jana 2000 has been pushed in the stable repository.

Fox (objcryst) and its dependency libnewmat is available on this repository for fedora and centos. Both x86_64 and i386 architecture.

As It’s license is opensource, Fox has been submitted to the official fedora repository. But it’s going to take a while before it’s inclusion:
